Please join us for a challenging hike to Meneka Peak, in George Washignton National Forest!

The hike takes 4.5 hours and is 8.6 miles. Please be sure you and your pooch are ready for 9 miles! You'll need sturdy hiking boots, snacks, and enough water for you and your pup.

We would like to meet at the trailhead at 10am, and possibly add a winery visit afterward for those
interested.

Carpool from Vienna metro north at 8:30am.

    Hi Jane, yes, I changed the date to the 28th due to the snow. Hopefully the weather will be cooperating by then!

    Hi Laura, this will be an off leash hike as long as your dog is well behaved. There are no leash laws in the national forest!
