Hey gang!

Many of you know I have been seeking employment in other areas of the country for the last 6-months. It looks like I will be moving sooner rather than later and will not be able to continue as organizer for this group.

I will be stepping down effective today. As there has been very little assistance organizing events for this group, I have no one to pass the group on to. If you are interested in taking over, please email me at alwayshiking@gmail.com.

Otherwise I will be removing members and shutting the group down permanently.

Sorry for such little notice, but things are starting to move fast for me on this end and I need to wrap this up.

Ripley and I have both had a blast getting to know so many doggies and their owners. We've really enjoyed hiking and camping with all our friends for the last year and a half (plus a few months!).

If any of you have paid the yearly dues and feel you did not get your 'moneys worth' please email me directly and I will issue a refund. I think most of you have participated in many past events with us so hopefully you feel you're not being slighted now as that was in no way my intention.
